Engineers have identified an issue with being able to make/commit changes in GoTo Admin. We believe the issue to be linked to a connectivity issue between several of our data centers. Our engineers have identified an issue impacting the delivery of emails and are now actively working towards a resolution. This notably impacts emails sent from GoTo Admin (such as new user welcome emails), MFA emails from GoTo Assist, Pro and Central and password reset emails. We will provide another update shortly.
We are aware that a subset of customers may be experiencing inbound/outbound call failure, as well as calls competing with no audio.
